Partner Identification & Evaluation:
- Identify and source key partners for essential materials within the local (Vietnamese) and Asian markets.
- Manage supplier performance, establish purchasing processes, conduct evaluations, oversee sample approvals, and build strong relationships with key partners.
Material Planning & Inventory Management:
- Collaborate with Sales, Planning, and Warehouse teams to develop robust material purchasing and inventory plans, ensuring adequate stock levels and optimal lead times.
- Quality Management & Issue Resolution:
- Work closely with the Quality team to manage supplier claims and resolve non-quality cost issues.
Sourcing & Procurement Support:
- Assist other teams in finding suitable partners for machinery, products, tools, and outsourcing services.
- Conduct site visits to approve suppliers (factories or resellers).
Reporting & Administration:
- Prepare monthly reports on cost savings, purchasing activities, and other relevant metrics.
- Handle purchasing/sourcing/warehouse administration paperwork.
Yêu cầu công việc
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain development, with a strong understanding of Incoterms and customs processes.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with preparing and reviewing contracts. Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Collaborative, supportive, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Proactive and resourceful in finding solutions to challenges.
- Strong focus on quality and achieving results.
