Mô tả công việc
- Tax Compliance: Submit all periodic and ad-hoc tax filings to relevant government agencies. Prepare the annual corporate income tax (CIT) finalization. Work with tax authorities on tax-related issues.
- Tax Risk Management: Ensure that new tax regulations and updates are communicated to management and implemented effectively. Recommend and implement controls to minimize tax risks.
- Tax Advisory: Provide tax guidance to various departments, ensuring alignment with applicable regulations.
- Tax Team Management: Manage the tax team, provide training, and foster professional development.
- Collaboration & Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the HQ tax team on compliance assessments, tax planning, and transfer pricing matters.
- Contract Review: Review economic contracts to identify and mitigate potential tax implications.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in the tax field, with a strong understanding of Vietnamese tax regulations.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a team leader or manager role.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, analyze, and assess risks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken).
- Ability to travel frequently.
