Position Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced professional with strong industry knowledge in the shrimp processing and sourcing/export sector to support our seafood trading business in Vietnam.
- The candidate will be responsible for raw shrimp sourcing (Vienam or India and etc.), export sales coordination, and developing trading opportunities with global buyers, particularly in Korea and other international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and procure raw shrimp from Vietnamese or other countries' suppliers and processing companies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with shrimp processors, exporters, and aquaculture suppliers.
- Manage export sales operations including contract negotiation, shipment coordination, and documentation.
- Identify new business opportunities in global seafood markets.
- Coordinate with internal teams and overseas offices for trading, logistics, and financing arrangements.
- Monitor shrimp market trends, supply conditions, and pricing movements.
- Support the development of long-term sourcing partnerships and trading strategies.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the seafood industry.
- Direct experience in either: - Raw shrimp sourcing / procurement, or Shrimp export sales / trading
- Strong knowledge of the Vietnam shrimp processing and export market
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Vietnamese or Korean nationality preferred
Preferred candidates background currently working in:
- Vietnamese shrimp processing/export companies.
- Korean seafood trading or distribution companies operating in Vietnam.
- Global seafood trading companies.
