Liquidity and Investment Strategy
- Manage the company’s balance sheet to achieve optimal risk-adjusted returns.
- Work with the CFO to design a system/process that tracks the group's various liquidity requirements (operational, risk-mitigated, strategic, etc.).
- Develop an investment program to maximize risk-adjusted yields.
Deal Sourcing and Execution
- Work with external counterparts and advisors to source and maintain a robust pipeline of yield-enhancing investment opportunities.
- Take primary responsibility for negotiating and executing the company's investment transactions.
- Act on the company's behalf in Debt Capital Markets (DCM) related transactions, such as bank financing and bond issuance.
Team Leadership and Development
- Build a high-performing investment team aligned with the company’s financial objectives.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance on investment analysis, market monitoring, financial modeling, and execution discipline.

Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- CFA designation is a plus.
Experience & Knowledge
- At least 10 years of working experience as an investment professional.
- Minimum of 2-3 years spent in a decision-making role at fixed-income/multi-asset investment funds, insurance investment departments, treasury departments of banks/securities firms, or corporate treasuries.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering strong, risk-adjusted investment returns.
- Experience and network in Debt Capital Markets (DCM), fixed-income investment, and relevant institutional investment communities (Equity investing exposure is also welcome).
Skills & Competencies
- Proven ability in financial modeling, presentation, scenario analysis, and risk-return optimization.
- Strong negotiation and deal execution skills.
- Leadership skills to mentor and build a team.

- Strategic thinker with a high-impact mindset.
- Capable of shaping financial decisions in a fast-growing environment.
