- Coordinate and administer recruitment processes and provide administrative support to the Human Resource Department, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Coordinate foreign application quotas by liaising with relevant agencies and hiring managers, ensuring compliance with government regulations.
- Respond to government requests (labor department, immigration, etc.) and provide necessary information.
- Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process.
- Administer and update foreign documentation (work permits, passports, insurance, medical and bank accounts).
- Compute, input, prepare, and process monthly payroll.
- Manage and maintain benefits and personnel records and transactions.
- Assist in handling employee disciplinary and welfare matters.
- Prepare official letters, HR-related monthly reports, and summaries.
- Maintain a well-organized filing system for traceability.
- Study, propose, and implement HR initiatives to improve efficiency, such as paperless administration.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Female or male candidate aged 28-40.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience (preference for senior executives specializing in HR or equivalent). This clarifies that a senior role is available.
- Possess own transportation.
- Detail-oriented with strong computer literacy and proficiency in both Vietnamese and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to adapt relationships at all levels.
