+ Develop and establish the sales channels in Corporate Gift in global and Vietnam;
+ Handling customer needs and quotations;
+ Negotiation with customers, implementation of details such as price and order, and order confirmation;
+ Proposing Licensing Character gifts/premiums product that can help in clients’ marketing strategies and considering their budget can be met.
+ Attend events, trade shows and sponsored events nationally to conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs for Licensing Character gifts/premiums product.
+ Working with design team and Licensing Character partner to customize gifts/premiums based on clients' requirements,
+ Liase with Procurement, QC and Logistic team to process the confirmed orders and ensure timely delivery, and quality of goods before deliver to clients.
+ Prepare contract/PO with customer and follow all documents relating to production.
+ Liaising with local and overseas suppliers and purchasers to check progress of projects.
+ Work closely with accounting dept to ensure payment documents smoothly and support, Accounting when collecting money from client,
+ Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support,
+ Maintenance of customer relationships and communication with headquarters;
+ Report to General Manager;

+ Industry experience: Previous experience in Sales B2B in Corporate Gift; GWP industry is required;
+ Familiar with Licensing Character field is a MUST;
+ Language requirement: Good English;
+ Minimum 2-5yrs of relevant working experience in doing B2B sales or business development dealing with marketers AND PROCUREMENTS
