Business & Market Development
- Proactively identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities with contractors, consultants, investors, and distributors.
- Nurture and maintain strong, sustainable relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term cooperation and repeat business.
- Take full ownership of assigned sales targets, consistently striving to achieve and exceed established revenue goals.
- Monitor, update, and manage the project pipeline effectively to ensure accurate forecasting and sustained business growth.
Technical & Solution Consulting
- Provide professional technical advice to recommend products and systems that precisely match client specifications and project requirements.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the internal technical team to develop optimized solution proposals.
- Conduct product presentations and deliver training sessions to clients and partners whenever necessary to ensure product knowledge and usage proficiency.
Project Management & Quotation
- Prepare accurate and professional quotations, engage in price negotiations, and track the full lifecycle of orders.
- Coordinate across internal departments, including supply chain, technical, and marketing teams, to ensure delivery schedules are strictly met.
- Monitor project progress closely, proactively assist in resolving execution issues, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project timeline.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and submit periodic reports on sales performance and key business activities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Propose strategic recommendations for market development to contribute to the company's long-term success.

Education & Qualifications
- University degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, or related technical fields.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of professional experience as a Sales Engineer, Solution Sales, or an equivalent role.
- Strong preference will be given to candidates with proven experience in busway, transformers, ELV systems, or other specialized electrical equipment.
Skills & Competencies
- Exceptional sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Strong technical and solution-based consulting mindset with the ability to bridge technical requirements and commercial solutions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in time management and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good English communication skills and the ability to comprehend technical documentation clearly.
Personality & Attitude
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of performing effectively under high-pressure sales environments.
- Willing and flexible to travel for business purposes as required by project needs.
