Mô tả công việc
- Actively search, approach, and consult candidates through various channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Job Portals, Database...)
- Conduct cold calls to reach and engage potential candidates
- Build and expand a professional network of candidates in specialized fields
- Advise and connect candidates with suitable job opportunities, supporting them throughout the recruitment process
- Manage the entire recruitment process: sourcing, interviewing, assessing, and making job offers
- Collaborate closely with the BD team to understand clients' hiring needs
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 1 year of experience in service sales, Telesales, or Recruitment
- Prior experience using Social Media (Facebook, LinkedIn) for recruitment is preferred
- Passion for recruitment, proactive in networking and communication
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, comfortable with cold calling
- Sales-driven mindset, able to work under high-pressure targets
- Quick-thinking and adaptable to labor market trends
