Attractive commission based on sales performance
Professional training in recruitment and sales skills

Mô tả công việc

Actively search, approach, and consult candidates through various channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Job Portals, Database...)
Conduct cold calls to reach and engage potential candidates
Build and expand a professional network of candidates in specialized fields
Advise and connect candidates with suitable job opportunities, supporting them throughout the recruitment process
Manage the entire recruitment process: sourcing, interviewing, assessing, and making job offers
Collaborate closely with the BD team to understand clients' hiring needs

Yêu cầu công việc

At least 1 year of experience in service sales, Telesales, or Recruitment
Prior experience using Social Media (Facebook, LinkedIn) for recruitment is preferred
Passion for recruitment, proactive in networking and communication
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, comfortable with cold calling
Sales-driven mindset, able to work under high-pressure targets
Quick-thinking and adaptable to labor market trends
