- Perform Inspections & Testing: Conduct quality inspections and tests on products, raw materials, and components at various production stages, as well as on finished goods, according to established standards.
- Identify & Report Defects: Promptly identify defects, discrepancies, non-conformities, and quality issues. Document inspection results in detail and prepare reports on non-conforming products.
- Analyze & Rectify: Assist in analyzing the root causes of identified quality problems. Collaborate closely with factory production teams to implement immediate corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure all inspection activities strictly adhere to internal and international quality standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Propose improvements to inspection processes and quality standards to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Fluency in Chinese (spoken and written) or English is a strong advantage for communicating with Chinese-speaking factory partners.
- Proven experience working as a QC Engineer or in a similar role within a manufacturing or service environment.
- Solid understanding of inspection methodologies, measurement tools, and quality control processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and product specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills, data analysis abilities, and logical thinking.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate accountability, and manage time effectively.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently to different factory locations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
