• Manage QA/QC activities for production of Handbags & Small Leather Goods (HB&SLG) in Cambodia and Vietnam to ensure the products meeting Tory Burch Quality Standard
• Lead the HB&SLG QA team in Cambodia and Vietnam, monitors team performance and provides coaching and development to the team members against company objectives
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous improvement of quality performance and achieve the best-in-class in the region

QUALITY ASSURANCE

• Lead QA team in Vietnam and Cambodia to conduct QA/QC activities before shipment delivery
• Solve all quality issues from Handover to Shipment
• Provide technical advice and resolve technical problems
• Ensure all shipped products meeting Tory Burch requirements
• Work collaboratively with other key stakeholders and set up regular communication lines
• Monitor on-site QA performance, give the constructive suggestions for ongoing development
• Share monthly KPI to factory, work with factory for improvement plan vendor quality management, lead quality review meeting with factory for continuous quality improvement
• Develop and implement QA/QC procedures

PRODUCT INTEGRITY & ON-SITE QUALITY AUDIT

• Review all new developed SMS, give necessary comments for any potential risk in production or construction issue
• Join all the line review meeting, work closely with Product Development / Technical team for bulk production friendly
• Check raw material and work with Raw Material and Production Management team for bulk standard setting
• New vendor on board training about company process / quality standard
• New staff on board training
• Lead on site Pre-Production meeting with factory, follow up the PPS call out, share the good practice,
• discuss the check point and set up detailed quality standard
• Review the Pilot run for all new styles, lead the pilot run meeting with factory
• Fine tune pre-production process and training process to upgrade offshore vendors’ bulk quality

CUSTOMER COMPLIANT

• Follow up all customer complaint, work with factory for CAP
• SOP drafting for key process
• Prepare Quarterly & Yearly Quality analysis report, share to cross functional team

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver effective feedback to direct reports and motivate the QA teams
• Provide QA training and calibration to ensure QA performance meeting company’s requirement
• Work closely with cross function teams for problem preventing and solving
• Support Production Management Team in evaluating new vendor/factories
• Support sustainability initiatives

• 10 years+ proven experience in Quality Management of HB&SLG
• Minimum of 5 years in the managerial role
• Strong sense in global standards for luxury goods
• Knowledge in global quality and production standards
• Strong problem solving, negotiation, planning and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Results oriented, self-motivated, dedicated, enthusiastic and energetic
• Commit to continuous learning and training of team
• Fluent in Mandarin & English, Cantonese a plus
• Frequent travel is required, especially between Cambodia and Vietnam
