Project Management

• Lead and manage large-scale real estate or industrial manufacturing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all objectives are achieved within scope, time, and budget.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and coordination among stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation.

Deal Advisory

• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and financial analysis to support investment decisions.
• Provide expert advice on deal structure, valuation, and project execution to maximize return on investment.

Financial Analysis

• Analyze financial statements and project financial models to evaluate performance, identify variances, and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare and review investment proposals and financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Stakeholder Communication

• Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, regulatory authorities, and internal teams to ensure transparent and effective communication.
• Maintain strong relationships with key partners to facilitate project progress and compliance.

Risk Management

• Identify potential project and investment risks; develop and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Continuously monitor and report risk exposure and contingency measures.

Reporting & Presentation

• Prepare comprehensive project progress reports, including financial performance and risk assessments.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and relevant stakeholders.

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or related fields.

Experience

• 3–7 years of experience in deal advisory, management consulting, or investment banking.
• Previous experience in a Big 4 / Big 3 firm, top-tier or second-tier bank, or financial institution specializing in real estate or industrial manufacturing projects preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of financial statements, investment analysis, and financial modeling.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create and interpret financial models and presentations.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior executives.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and strategic thinking.
