Production Planning & Operations Control

• Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules across shelling, drying, peeling, grading, and packing processes.
• Monitor production targets, line performance, manpower, machines, and resources to ensure timely output.
• Identify bottlenecks, reduce cycle time, optimize yield, and improve throughput through continuous improvement initiatives.

Quality, Food Safety & Process Compliance

• Ensure products meet customer specifications, grading standards, and approved SOPs.
• Enforce GMP, HACCP, ISO, BRC, FSSC 22000, hygiene, PPE, and contamination prevention requirements.
• Coordinate with QC/QA on inspections, audit preparation, corrective actions, and food safety compliance.

Team, Cost & Cross-functional Management

• Supervise shift supervisors, line leaders, and production staff; provide coaching, training, SOP reinforcement, and performance evaluation.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, QC, Maintenance, Procurement, and HR to ensure smooth production operations.
• Track production costs, material consumption, inventory, ERP entries, variance, yield, and daily production reports.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields.
• Experience in food manufacturing environments, preferably nuts or agricultural commodities.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of cashew processing stages, yield optimization, grading methods, production planning, and process control.
• Familiarity with food safety audits and international standards, including BRC, HACCP, ISO, and FSSC.
• Strong leadership, team management, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
• ERP knowledge is an advantage.

Language / Other Requirements

• English proficiency is preferred.
• Ability to work in production and factory environments with strict food safety, hygiene, and PPE requirements.

• Strong continuous improvement mindset with knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, and 5S practices.
• Able to work under pressure and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
