Private Client Portfolio Development

  • Identify, target, and aggressively expand potential clients including high-net-worth individuals, luxury retailers, and exclusive venues.
  • Build, manage, and expand the VIC networks and database to support customer segmentation and develop tailored programs.
  • Build strong relationships with private customers to develop brand preference for prestige products.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients by addressing inquiries, providing detailed product information, and resolving any issues.
  • Expand membership programs and CRM capabilities by collecting information to build a robust database in line with data privacy regulations.

Prestige & Luxury Sales Execution

  • Achieve strict sales objectives for the D2VIP channel and support the delivery of prestige value targets.
  • Collaborate with internal functions to ensure sufficient operational support to grow and deliver business performance.
  • Evaluate inventory and sell-in/sell-out reports monthly to optimize stock weights and influence proper inventory management.
  • Assess market opportunities and identify new avenues for portfolio additions or innovations with the support of the Prestige Trade Marketing team.

Brand Experience & Partnerships

  • Collaborate with marketing and trade marketing teams to develop tailor-made consumer promotion programs to push VIP sales.
  • Support the organization of highly exclusive VIP events for private customers.
  • Develop strong partnerships with relevant external stakeholders that enable the acquisition and retention of high-net-worth customers.
  • Engage identified luxury companies to build cross-collaboration events and database swapping strategies.
  • Represent the brand professionally at prestige events and networking functions to actively promote luxury products.

Back-Office Intelligence & Reporting

  • Lead annual sales target planning in close coordination with management.
  • Coordinate closely with the finance team to manage budgets regarding Advertising and Promotion (A&P) as well as Travel and Entertainment (T&E).
  • Manage and monitor daily sales reports to initiate or adjust activation plans to effectively interact with customers and achieve sales targets.
  • Integrate the luxury network and actively adopt the best practices from other international markets.
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly reviews to present prospective clients, closed deals, and align activities for the next period.

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or equivalent fields.

Experience & Knowledge

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in multinational companies, start-ups, or handling a luxury brand portfolio.
  • Prior experience working directly within the luxury or hospitality sectors is strictly required.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the D2VIP and High-Net-Worth Individual (HNWI) environment.
  • Skills & Competencies
  • Fully fluent in both Vietnamese and English languages.
  • Highly tech-savvy with a strong command of the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Organized and structured approach to managing client databases and sales reports.
