- Manage a team of sales staff, opticians, and technicians.
- Meet with customers to discuss vision care needs, recommend corrective lenses or other solutions, and take measurements for glasses or contact lenses.
- Train staff on customer service, new equipment/techniques, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Determine staffing needs based on sales volume and customer traffic.
- Supervise daily store operations, including staff scheduling.
- Maintain inventory of frames and lenses, ensuring timely ordering of supplies.
- Analyze data to identify trends in customer behavior, preferences, and spending patterns.
- Ensure products and services comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain relationships with vendors to access the latest products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively.
- Ensure product quality and maintain a positive work environment.
- Coordinate with Optometrist to plan and implement strategies to increase store profits.
- Prepare monthly sales reports.
- Manage social media and online sales platforms.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Optometry).
- 3+ years for a mid-level role
- Strong understanding of optical products, services, and industry trends.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
- Experience with inventory management and sales reporting.
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., POS systems, CRM software).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
