- Manage the daily operations of projects.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients.
- Manage team performance and motivate team members.
- Evaluate achievements and recognize contributions.
- Manage project financial efficiency by monitoring and forecasting profits and costs.
- Oversee the implementation of training and quality plans, allocating resources and budget.
- Identify business opportunities and promote company value to clients.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of client industries, trends, and business objectives.
- Ensure smooth communication between projects and other units.
- Manage project assets and facilities.
- Mitigate fraud risks.
- Manage reports and reporting systems to evaluate performance.
- Prepare monthly and other regular reports.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager (2 years).
- Fluency in Korean (equivalent to TOPIK 5).
- Proficiency in English communication is an advantage.
- E-commerce experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.
- In-depth knowledge of contact center operations (workforce management, quality assurance, performance metrics).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
