Mô tả công việc

Process Optimization. Formulate policies, strategies and SOPs across the organization, including for our education consultancy services and upcoming online tutoring academy services, to increase efficiency and ensure quality control.
Operations Management. Manage overall operations and business initiatives. Responsible for business operational systems, processes, and infrastructure. Ensure all procedures and documents are in compliance with laws and regulations.
Systems Evaluation. Research IT solutions, such as CRM and Ed-Tech platforms, to meet the organization;s needs. Conduct cost-benefit analysis. Implement system set-up and standardized best practices amongst stakeholders.
Resources management. Manage and forecast resources, including budget, working spaces and equipment, and staff recruitment.
Events Organization. Organizing Sesameed;s annual school fairs and regular seminars at the strategic, operational, and administrative level.
Ad hoc duties. Any ad hoc duties required by the team, including but not limited to project management and marketing support.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education. Solid academic record; bachelor's degree
Experience. 3-5 years’ work experience
Language. Fluent in English and an Asian language (e.g. Chinese, Indonesian, Thai)
Characteristic. IT Savvy; Thoughtful, mature, and articulate; analytical yet a lateral thinker; sharp and attentive to details; nimble to fast-paced environment; bold and creative; accountable; good writing skills
