Production Planning
- Collect order information from the Sales Department or Management.
- Analyze production capacity (manpower, machinery, raw materials) and create daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
- Prepare detailed production schedules (Production Schedule) for each process stage.
Coordination & Supervision
- Monitor the implementation of production plans and resolve issues promptly.
- Adjust schedules when there are changes in orders or production capacity.
Material & Inventory Management
- Coordinate with Purchasing and Warehouse departments to ensure timely material supply.
- Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Efficiency & Cost Control
- Track production performance indicators such as productivity, quality rate, and machine downtime.
- Propose improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production progress reports for Management.
- Analyze causes of production delays and propose corrective measures.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Factory Manager or Production Supervisor.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education & Qualifications
- College or Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning and scheduling, preferably in heavy industry or mechanical manufacturing.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
- Chinese language proficiency is an advantage.
