Cost Collection & Accounting
- Collect, review, and record production cost documents (materials, labor, and overhead expenses).
- Monitor and allocate costs by department, product, or work order.
- Verify the accuracy and validity of expenses based on accounting standards and internal procedures.
Product Costing & Analysis
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual product cost calculations.
- Compare actual costs with standard costs; analyze variances and identify causes of cost fluctuations.
- Prepare cost summary reports and present results to management.
Inventory & Material Control
- Monitor material, semi-finished, and finished goods inventory (inflow, outflow, and stock levels).
- Reconcile accounting and warehouse data; detect and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Reporting & Audit Support
- Prepare cost, pricing, and production efficiency analysis reports as required.
- Support internal and external audits related to product costing.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education & Qualifications
- College or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Auditing.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a cost accountant in a manufacturing company.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (ERP knowledge is an advantage).
- Good understanding of production processes and cost structure.
- Strong data analysis and synthesis skills.
- Attention to detail, honesty, and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Strong communication skills in Chinese or English (required).
