Production Automation:
- Identify slow-moving areas in production lines and propose automation solutions.
- Research and develop solutions for semi-automatic or full automation implementations.
- Support the maintenance team with PLC and HMI programming for equipment from various manufacturers.
- Source mechanical parts from suppliers and collaborate with the maintenance team on installation.
Production Improvements:
- Support the implementation of Kaizen ideas to enhance production efficiency.
- Collaborate with the maintenance department to improve machinery, equipment, and infrastructure.
- Analyze production bottlenecks and identify solutions to enhance smooth operation.
- Seek opportunities to reduce manpower requirements and optimize production flow.
New Machine and Equipment Investments:
- Create technical drawings and designs for new machines and production line projects.
- Participate in projects related to new machinery and production line setup.
- Consult with the Factory Manager regarding automation opportunities during project approvals.
Reporting:
- Track and manage projects according to schedule.
- Provide monthly progress reports to the Factory Manager and General Production Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering from a Polytechnic University or a similar institution.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar position within a food processing environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical technology, PLC automation, and equipment used in food processing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and 3D software.
- Excellent communication and management skills.
- Intermediate level English speaking skills, Japanese language is an advantage.
