Mô tả công việc
- Structural Design and Analysis: Chassis and body integration, Finite Element Analysis (FEA), material selection.
- Thermal Analysis and Management: Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), HVAC system design, insulation and ventilation.
- Power Distribution Design and Sizing: Power system architecture, load analysis, Single Line Diagram (SLD), cable sizing and selection.
- Center of Gravity (C.G.) Calculations: Weight distribution analysis, stability analysis.
- Human Factors Engineering (HFE) Design Analysis: Ergonomic design, Human-Machine Interface (HMI), MIL-STD compliance.
- Rack Equipment Layout and Bracket Design: Equipment integration, bracket design, MIL-STD compliance.
- Hydraulic Design (if applicable): Hydraulic system design, component selection.
- Telescopic Mast Integration: Mast selection & integration, control system design.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in mechanical design (preferably in defense, automotive, aerospace, or industrial equipment).
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar 3D/2D CAD software.
- Strong knowledge of FEA, CFD, engineering simulations (structural and thermal analysis).
- Experience in material selection (metals, composites, polymers) and manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of power systems, HVAC design, and fluid mechanics.
- Familiarity with MIL-STD requirements and safety regulations (preferred).
