Marketing Strategy & Brand Management

• Plan and develop overall brand strategies and implement marketing plans aligned with brand direction.
• Manage marketing and communication activities, campaigns, and promotions to ensure a consistent mobile phone brand image.
• Build a positive and reliable brand impression through consumer-oriented and market-driven marketing initiatives.

Digital Marketing, Media & Campaign Execution

• Manage digital marketing activities, including content management, Digital Ads, online/offline media, PR/EPR, KOL, graphics, social media, and e-commerce business.
• Develop digital marketing strategies into effective online campaigns with high-quality content for the target audience.
• Understand and apply online advertising systems, including Ad Network, CPM, CPC, CPA, social media platforms, and Google SEO/SEM.

Stakeholder, Performance & Team Management

• Manage communication with KOLs, influencers, agencies, and vendors.
• Establish effective work evaluation systems, including KPIs, work plans, and regular reporting.
• Lead marketing implementation with strong command of marketing concepts, O2O business understanding, and project execution.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration; Marketing concentration is an advantage.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, influencer management, brand/PR management, or related fields.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong experience in managing social and digital campaigns, social media operations, and PR/EPR management.
• Excellent project management, strategic thinking, market development, consumer orientation, and market analysis skills.
• Strong leadership with full understanding of marketing concepts and implementation.
• Familiar with mobile/3C industry, local media, and influencers.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with web-based software applications and internal systems is preferred.

Language / Other Requirements

• Fluent English and/or Chinese speaking and writing skills.
• Understanding of O2O business operations is required.
• Familiarity with online ad systems, social media platforms, Google SEO/SEM, and digital campaign tools.
