Mô tả công việc

Oversee daily logistics operations for both import and export activities, ensuring timely delivery of materials and finished goods.
Ensure full compliance with customs regulations, including documentation, customs clearance, and audits.
Experience handling import materials and export of finished goods for a manufacturing company, specifically to the US and Europe.
Manage Certificates of Origin (CO) and handle the import of semi-finished goods from overseas, including customs documentation and audits.
Work closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal departments (production, planning, warehouse).
Optimize logistics processes for cost reduction, lead time improvement, and increased efficiency.
Monitor and report on logistics KPIs and ensure accurate recordkeeping.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in logistics within a manufacturing environment.
Fluency in Chinese (spoken and written).
Solid understanding of import/export regulations, customs procedures, and logistics documentation.
Experience managing Country of Origin (CO) processes.
Familiarity with handling customs audits and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
Good communication and coordination skills across teams and with external partners.
