Mô tả công việc
- Oversee daily logistics operations for both import and export activities, ensuring timely delivery of materials and finished goods.
- Ensure full compliance with customs regulations, including documentation, customs clearance, and audits.
- Experience handling import materials and export of finished goods for a manufacturing company, specifically to the US and Europe.
- Manage Certificates of Origin (CO) and handle the import of semi-finished goods from overseas, including customs documentation and audits.
- Work closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal departments (production, planning, warehouse).
- Optimize logistics processes for cost reduction, lead time improvement, and increased efficiency.
- Monitor and report on logistics KPIs and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in logistics within a manufacturing environment.
- Fluency in Chinese (spoken and written).
- Solid understanding of import/export regulations, customs procedures, and logistics documentation.
- Experience managing Country of Origin (CO) processes.
- Familiarity with handling customs audits and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication and coordination skills across teams and with external partners.
