Structural Design and Analysis
- Develop and implement structural design drawings and reports following the approved schedule and coordination plans.
- Propose optimized design solutions for reinforced concrete and steel structures to improve material efficiency and constructability.
- Perform calculations and structural modeling for foundations, frames, and other elements using engineering software (ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000).
Technical Coordination and Quality Control
- Coordinate and exchange information with related disciplines to ensure consistency across drawings and documents.
- Manage and execute design documentation using BIM software (Revit, Tekla).
- Apply the latest construction codes, standards, and best practices in all design processes.
- Review and finalize structural drawings to meet accuracy and technical quality standards.
Project Management and Reporting
- Plan assigned work, regularly report progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain confidentiality of design projects and company data.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (preferably from Polytechnic University, University of Architecture, or University of Technical Education).
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum 5 years of experience in structural design for civil and industrial projects (Level II or above).
- Experience in both design and construction phases is an advantage.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, REVIT, and related structural design tools (Ram Connection, IDEA, Prokon, etc.).
- Strong understanding of structural detailing and real-world construction feasibility.
Personal Attributes
- Team-oriented and capable of working independently.
- Diligent, proactive, and eager to improve professional skills.
- Willing to work overtime when required.
- Professional attitude and good communication skills.
