Sales Achievement & Account Management

• Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through key accounts and wholesale channels.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and stock levels to optimize inventory turnover.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and distributors.
• Support distributors with sales strategies, promotional planning, and retail execution to drive sell-out.

Buying Plan, Sales & Stock Analysis

• Develop and execute seasonal buying plans aligned with market demand and brand strategy.
• Collaborate with distributors and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order placement.
• Provide regular reports and insights on sales trends, stock health, and market dynamics.
• Align supply with demand to avoid overstock or stockouts.

Market Development, Trend Monitoring & Reporting

• Identify and onboard new customers to expand market reach.
• Conduct weekly field visits to meet clients, assess market conditions, and capture sales opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and consumer behavior to adjust sales strategies proactively.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonal sales reports, track KPIs, and maintain accurate account records.

Education & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Retail Management, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related fields.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in the retail fashion industry.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent computer skills, especially Excel.
• Strong interpersonal, planning, and organization skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong presentation and report-writing skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Language / Other Requirements

• Proficiency in English.
• Bilingual ability is required or preferred.
• Able to conduct weekly field visits and work closely with partners, distributors, and internal teams.
