- Interpret Japanese during meetings, conferences, and discussions with customers/partners inside and outside the company.
- Draft and translate documents, reports as required by direct management.
- Ensure accurate and precise transmission of information to individuals and units.
- Support receipt and distribution of submitted documents approved/signed by direct management.
- Manage documents and information of the direct manager, ensuring confidentiality.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduated with a related university degree.
- Certificate in foreign language proficiency.
- Trained in interpretation and translation skills.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Competent in Japanese with 4 skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
- English proficiency is an advantage.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to fully comprehend and interpret accurately.
- Proficiency in office computer skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Ability to work under high pressure.
- Willingness to travel to other provinces.
