Strategic Leadership & Operational Management

• Define and implement regional production strategies aligned with Group goals.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to set production targets, investment plans, and operational KPIs.
• Lead initiatives for capacity expansion, automation, and process innovation across factories.
• Oversee daily production activities across multiple sites to ensure delivery, cost, and quality performance.
• Standardize processes across sites using Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and Industry 4.0 technologies.

Quality, Compliance & Financial Management

• Ensure all sites meet internal and customer quality standards.
• Oversee compliance with labor laws, occupational safety, environmental standards, and CSR or social audits.
• Support customer audits and ensure corrective actions are executed effectively.
• Manage regional production budgets, operating costs, and CAPEX.
• Track and improve cost per unit, labor utilization, and ROI for production assets.

People Development & Relationship Management

• Lead, mentor, and develop factory managers and heads of departments.
• Support workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational capability building.
• Build a performance-driven culture focused on accountability and results.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Merchandising, Quality, HR, Engineering, and Purchasing teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor, inspect, and evaluate factory and subcontractor performance, and propose initiatives to optimize operational systems.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related fields.
• 12+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, including at least 5 years in a regional or multi-site leadership role; experience in high-volume garment manufacturing is required.

Skills & Competencies

• Deep knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, Industry 4.0, and operational KPIs.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities in multicultural environments.
• Excellent analytical, financial, and decision-making skills.
• Strong understanding of international labor and compliance frameworks.
• Proficient in ERP systems and data tools.
• Strong strategic thinking, results orientation, cross-cultural communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.

Language / Other Requirements

• Able to manage multiple factories, including internal and subcontracting units.
• Able to coordinate with cross-functional departments and senior leadership across the Group.
