Mô tả công việc
- Coordinate and arrange international shipments, including customs declarations, commodity inspections, shipping arrangements, and loading supervision.
- Prepare, process, and manage all necessary import/export documentation, including transportation documents, shipping documents, letters of credit, and other relevant paperwork.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) is required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a document clerk or in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing or trading company.
- Proven knowledge and experience in handling shipping documents, customs declarations, and bank operations related to import-export activities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to speak Chinese is required.
