1. Prepares the compensation and benefits budget, including the regular monitoring, reporting and adjusting of the budget.
2. Coordinates C&B processes like the salary planning, bonus planning, new benefits introduction, etc.
3. Designs and develops compensation policies.
4. Analyzes different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization and prepares reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness.
5. Designs and develops different schemes of the variable remuneration (incentive schemes for the Sales functions, bonus schemes for the Back Office and Enabling functions).
6. Closely corporates and manages the relationship with external compensation consulting company.
7. Leads and manages compensation projects for the entire organizations.
8. Participate as the team member in the strategic projects and initiatives.
9. Design policies to close gaps in the compensation of employees (introducing the internal equity at affordable costs).
Yêu cầu công việc
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in HR Management or related field.
2. Proven working experience in C&B team at least 3 years of experience in managing C&B programs or 5 years of experience in General HR with experience in managing C&B programs.
3. Required languages: English, Mandarin will be a plus.
4. Strong and proven analytical skills
5. Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS Powerpoint)
6. Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines
7. Excellent communication skills with strong negotiation skills
8. Good Team Player with strong time management & self-management skills
