Mô tả công việc

Manage a team of 4–5 HR staff.
Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, training, employee relations, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with labor law and related HR policies.
Independently handle employee relations issues and resolve HR-related matters.
Support management in building HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Coordinate and communicate effectively across departments to ensure smooth HR processes.
Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate records.
Ensure a positive and compliant working environment.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in HR management.
Prior experience in foreign companies or manufacturing industry is an advantage.

Language Skills

Fluent in Chinese.
Basic English reading and writing skills.

Other Requirements

Female, 30–40 years old.
Strong knowledge of labor law and HR policies.
Excellent communication, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
