Job Description
- Manage a team of 4–5 HR staff.
- Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, training, employee relations, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with labor law and related HR policies.
- Independently handle employee relations issues and resolve HR-related matters.
- Support management in building HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively across departments to ensure smooth HR processes.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure a positive and compliant working environment.
Job Requirement
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR management.
- Prior experience in foreign companies or manufacturing industry is an advantage.
Language Skills
- Fluent in Chinese.
- Basic English reading and writing skills.
Other Requirements
- Female, 30–40 years old.
- Strong knowledge of labor law and HR policies.
- Excellent communication, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
