Halal Registration & Certification

• Manage the halal registration process, including document preparation, internal audits, and external site audits.
• Ensure smooth communication with the halal certification association to maintain and renew certificates.
• Continuously improve the halal registration and compliance process for efficiency.

Compliance with Halal Standards

• Monitor and report any changes to ingredients, machinery, or production processes to the halal association.
• Ensure that all products certified by the halal authority consistently meet halal standards.

Team Leadership & Documentation

• Lead and manage the Halal Management Team to execute daily halal activities.
• Create and maintain documentation required by the halal association.
• Ensure all internal processes align with halal certification requirements.

Reporting to Management

• Provide regular updates to the Japanese Manager on halal registration, audits, and communication results.
• Report outcomes of halal management activities and improvement initiatives.

Training & Continuous Improvement

• Attend training related to Indonesia Halal Certification to maintain compliance with updated regulations.
• Participate in internal and external audits and implement corrective and preventive actions as needed.

Quality Control Support

• Conduct daily QC activities in alignment with overall Quality Control procedures and requirements.

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in halal certification processes within the food industry, preferably the dairy sector.
• Preferably trained by a Halal certification body accredited by BPJPH or a licensed Indonesian training institute.
• Experience in production supervision or production management roles is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of Halal standards and certification procedures.
• Familiarity with Indonesian halal requirements preferred.
• Proficiency in English (TOEIC 700+ or equivalent).
• Japanese language ability (JLPT N2 or N1) preferred.
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Muslim candidates preferred.
• Ambitious, proactive, and able to work in a multicultural environment.
• Open to candidates currently in Vietnam or Japan who are willing to relocate to Vietnam.
