GTM Strategy & Product Launch Execution

• Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new smartphone product launches and feature rollouts.
• Work with Product Management to define value propositions, target audiences, and product positioning.
• Own and manage launch timelines from pre-launch planning to post-launch evaluation.

Market Analysis & Performance Tracking

• Conduct competitive analysis, market segmentation, and customer insight research to guide GTM planning.
• Define and track GTM success metrics, including adoption, engagement, and market feedback.
• Translate market insights into actionable strategies to improve launch effectiveness and business growth.

Cross-functional Coordination & Sales Enablement

• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Retail, Product, and Customer Support teams to align messaging, timing, and channel strategy.
• Create and deliver sales enablement content such as pitch decks, product briefs, and FAQs.
• Support other GTM, marketing, and business tasks as assigned by management.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in GTM, Product Marketing, Marketing, Sales, or a related role within the smartphone, consumer electronics, or technology industry.

Skills & Competencies

• Proven experience in planning and executing successful smartphone product launches.
• Strong understanding of the smartphone market, consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple product launches and tight deadlines.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with data analysis and reporting tools is an advantage.

Language / Other Requirements

• Fluent English is required.
• Chinese language proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Retail, and Customer Support teams.
• Willing to travel domestically for product launches, market visits, and business meetings.
