Mô tả công việc
1. General Accounting
• Record daily transactions (AP, AR, GL, fixed assets, etc.) accurately and in a timely manner.
• Prepare accounting vouchers and ensure proper filing of supporting documents.
• Reconcile accounts and follow up on discrepancies.
2. Financial Reporting
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Assist in budget tracking and basic financial analysis.
• Provide data and reports as requested by management.
3. Tax Compliance
• Prepare and submit tax declarations (VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT) in accordance with regulations.
• Support in tax finalization and work with tax authorities when required.
• Keep updated with relevant tax regulations.
4. Cash & Payment Management
• Monitor cash, bank transactions, and payment schedules.
• Prepare payment documents and follow up on receivables/payables.
• Monthly bank reconciliation.
5. Other Tasks
• Support internal and external audits.
• Coordinate with other departments for accounting-related matters.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Chief Accountant.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing company.
- Good knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and tax regulations (VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT).
- Basic understanding of IFRS is an advantage.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Careful, honest, and responsible with strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- English proficiency (reading and writing for reports).
- Candidates with strong experience in inventory accounting data are highly preferred.
- Candidates living near Ben Luc (Long An) or convenient commuting routes are preferred.
