Accounting Operations
- Record, consolidate, and verify all accounting transactions.
- Manage and control accounting documents, books, and financial reports in compliance with legal regulations.
- Perform accounting entries, monthly/quarterly/annual reports, and support internal and external audits.
Financial Reporting & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with financial, accounting, and tax regulations.
- Prepare periodic reports and financial statements for management and regulatory purposes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate data for decision-making.
Systems & Process Management
- Utilize accounting software (MISA, SAP) for booking, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Perform data consolidation, variance analysis, and report preparation.
- Support the implementation of accounting process improvements.
Cross-functional Coordination
- Collaborate with other departments and external partners to ensure accuracy and transparency of financial data.
- Provide timely financial insights and recommendations to support business operations.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Auditing.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Chief Accountant or General Accountant, preferably in import/export or European trading companies.
- Strong knowledge of Finance – Accounting – Tax.
- Experience in data consolidation and financial analysis.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and accounting software (MISA, SAP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and decision-making abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- High integrity, responsibility, and ability to work independently.
- Adaptability and resilience under high pressure.
Language
- English proficiency (TOEIC 650 or above).
