Mô tả công việc
- Manage financial – accounting operations and tax accounting, and build related systems.
- Manage cost accounting and management accounting operations, and develop related systems.
- Perform financial analysis, budget management, and develop the company’s budgeting system.
- Establish operational efficiency objectives and performance evaluation systems for each department.
- Supervise the setup of financial processes within the company’s ERP system.
- Appraise and manage contracts related to business activities.
- Manage cash flow, foreign exchange, banking relations, loans, and financial funding.
- Safeguard corporate assets, minimize operational risks, and build appropriate internal control systems.
- Organize business review meetings and propose corresponding strategic actions.
- Act as an advisor to the Board of Directors and the Executive Management, and perform assigned duties.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Management, or related fields.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in relevant fields, including at least 10 years in managerial roles.
- Experience working in multinational corporations or overseas assignments is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate in English; Vietnamese proficiency is preferred.
- Willingness to undertake long-term assignments in Vietnam.
