Mô tả công việc

Manage financial – accounting operations and tax accounting, and build related systems.
Manage cost accounting and management accounting operations, and develop related systems.
Perform financial analysis, budget management, and develop the company’s budgeting system.
Establish operational efficiency objectives and performance evaluation systems for each department.
Supervise the setup of financial processes within the company’s ERP system.
Appraise and manage contracts related to business activities.
Manage cash flow, foreign exchange, banking relations, loans, and financial funding.
Safeguard corporate assets, minimize operational risks, and build appropriate internal control systems.
Organize business review meetings and propose corresponding strategic actions.
Act as an advisor to the Board of Directors and the Executive Management, and perform assigned duties.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Management, or related fields.
A minimum of 15 years of experience in relevant fields, including at least 10 years in managerial roles.
Experience working in multinational corporations or overseas assignments is an advantage.
Ability to communicate in English; Vietnamese proficiency is preferred.
Willingness to undertake long-term assignments in Vietnam.
