Financial Planning and Analysis

• Plan, implement, and monitor financial activities.
• Control budgets and optimize cash flow.
• Analyze the company's financial situation including financial statements, COGS, and actual expenses versus budget.

Treasury and Risk Management

• Prepare loan applications, contracts, and loan plans.
• Manage bank deposits and risks related to financial activities.
• Monitor and manage cash funds and bank deposits.
• Check and reconcile ending balances and cash details with the Treasurer and bank account statements.
• Prepare reports on cash funds and bank deposits.

Accounting and Payments

Manage and prepare accounts receivable reports.

• Check accounting documents and make weekly and monthly payment plans for suppliers.
• Implement the payment process, prepare accounting documents, and reconcile debts with suppliers.
• Prepare payment documents.

Asset and Inventory Control

• Monitor, inspect, and supervise the import and export of materials and finished products warehouse.
• Monitor and inventory fixed assets and tools, and calculate depreciation.

Tax and Compliance

• Handle VAT declarations, tax refund records, environmental protection tax, and contractor tax.
• Guide, inspect, and supervise the recording and archiving of documents.
• Provide data, vouchers, accounting books, and explain data during tax authority inspections.

Reporting

• Prepare monthly financial reports.
• Perform other reports and duties as assigned by the Chief Accountant.

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

Experience & Knowledge

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience working with tax departments.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Experience with ERP systems is an advantage).

Skills & Competencies

• Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
• Knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good teamwork skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
