Curriculum & Learning Delivery

• Plan lessons and organise activities suitable for preschool-age children.
• Deliver the Kinderland English program to nurture confident communication and love for learning.
• Implement teaching plans aligned with the school’s curriculum, including outdoor activities, excursions, and events.
• Prepare teaching materials, maintain class records, and manage classroom assets.
• Propose creative ideas and teaching aids to enhance learning.

Child Development & Well-Being

• Monitor children’s progress and record monthly progress reports.
• Supervise children’s daily routines (arrival, exercise, hygiene, meals, nap time, movement).
• Communicate children’s daily status to parents and school management.
• Ensure children’s safety, health, and emotional well-being.

Classroom & Behavior Management

• Establish and maintain a structured, respectful, and positive classroom environment.
• Manage daily routines effectively and maintain safety at all times.
• Create a stimulating and organised learning environment, including term-based decoration.

Family & School Engagement

• Communicate regularly and professionally with parents about children’s progress and well-being.
• Prepare student assessment reports and attend parent-teacher meetings.
• Collaborate with colleagues to organise class activities, school events, and celebrations.

Professional Growth & Conduct

• Attend training sessions, workshops, and professional development activities as required.
• Maintain professionalism in appearance, communication, and conduct.
• Embody the school’s mission, vision, and values in daily practice.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
• TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification preferred.
• Work permit or eligibility to obtain one in Vietnam.

Experience

• Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience in an international or bilingual preschool.
• Experience teaching in Vietnam is an advantage.
