Mô tả công việc

Lead and manage productivity and performance of call center team, customer service team (ordering and sign up)
Manage cash collection and reconcile payment collection on daily basis
Design and manage customer service programs
Build and frequent update the business operational process.
Ensure business partner sign up documentation are complied with current regulatory requirements.
Conduct the 8-hour basic training programs
Lead team to conduct business events at retail distribution center
Train and update subordinates on system, process, related regulation, ...
