Cost Accounting
- Collect, classify, and record production, management, and sales costs.
- Allocate expenses accurately to the correct department, product, or project.
- Perform product/service cost calculation on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Analyze cost fluctuations compared to budget and previous periods.
- Propose cost optimization initiatives to improve efficiency.
Internal Reporting
- Prepare management reports as required: profit and loss by product, cost center, and project.
- Compile and analyze financial data to support management decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness in internal reports.
- Participate in developing and improving management reporting systems and data collection processes.
Other Responsibilities
- Support internal and external audits.
- Collaborate with other departments to collect and verify cost information.
- Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education & Experience
- College or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cost accounting, management accounting, or internal reporting.
- Solid knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS); IFRS knowledge is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
- Fluent in English (4 skills) or Chinese (HSK4 and above).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting/ERP software.
- Detail-oriented, honest, responsible, and a good team player.
- Experience in manufacturing or large-scale enterprises is preferred.
