Mô tả công việc
- Control cash from customer to transfer internal to BBL - KB - Vietin Bank from ACB (home banking)
- Close period in system, doing yearly/ monthly FS report, expenses report to Big Boss
- Control Loan at Bank, Deposit at Bank, Payment to HQ, Payment to Supplier (Cash Flow)
- Working with Tax inspectors for (inspecting & refund progress)
- Keeping important documents as business license, tax code, land and buiding contract at safety box
- Supporting sales dept: Work with Accountant Team with customer debts, economic contract, guarrantee, credit term & limit
- Supporting HR dept : interview Accountant, yearly personal tax
- Supporting import - export dept
- Supporting & Control Acc dept: VN accounting book - ERP - Job concerned
- Sign documents: passform, delivery form, take leave form, ex-im documents, tax, Accounting book etc…
- Manage general jobs: concern with customer - customs dept - tax dept- all banks-statistic -internal & external auditor
- Supporting production & warehouse ( if any needs)
- Other jobs (if any) are assigned from Top Manangement
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Auditing.
- Chief Accountant certification is required.
- Good command of English in 4 skills.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Chief Accountant in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in ERP accounting systems and advanced computer skills.
- Solid experience in VAT refund documentation and tax inspections/audits.
- Age range: 28–40 years old.
- Honest, diligent, and enthusiastic, with a strong learning mindset and career-driven attitude.
- Willing to work under company assignment and direction.
- Able to work overtime when required.
