Business & Customer Management

  • Understand and cascade sales strategy from the sales management team to direct reports.
  • Plan and implement sales activities monthly, quarterly, and yearly to obtain sales targets (sales volume, turnover, and account coverage).
  • Cooperate with the Marketing team to prepare and implement activations to penetrate new accounts/channels and maintain key brand equity.
  • Consult the direct manager on sales plans and client performance.
  • Complete all reports accurately and timely.
  • Foster relationships with existing and potential partners, especially via business entertainment events.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service when handling customer queries and complaints.

Account Management

  • Work with the Regional Team in negotiating and developing master contracts with key accounts operating as a Group.
  • Keep searching for and expanding the key accounts network within Vietnam.

Receivables Management

  • Implement and supervise the timely collection of receivables.
  • Propose solutions for overdue debts.
  • Expense and Investment Management
  • Control the efficiency of operating expenses and customer investments in the assigned area.
  • Balance expenses and revenue.

Business Information & Intelligence

  • Update monthly market information and sales reports to the Head of the Region.
  • Coordinate with the Commercial Planning Team to ensure periodical/ad-hoc sales reports and market intelligence/insights relating to the region are available for the Board of Management with accurate data.

Customer Development and Maintenance

  • Plan and implement visits to customers' sites.
  • Handle and respond to customers' inquiries and complaints.
  • Organize and implement the development and maintenance of close bonds with customers.

Customer Profile Management

  • Update customer information.
  • Categorize customers.
  • Archive data (sales, business contracts, etc.).

Process Development and Improvement

  • Inspect existing processes and develop more internal procedures to sustain good customer service.
  • Establish and implement initiatives to improve work processes to enhance job efficiency.
  • Supervise the use of the company's assets in the most cost-saving manner.

Cross-Department Coordination

  • Coordinate with other departments to supply products in a timely manner.

People Management

  • Propose the development of successional employees.
  • Evaluate job results and employees' performance on a periodical basis.
  • Supervise employees' daily tasks.
  • Recommend employee incentives or penalties.
  • Conduct internal training on products and work processes.
  • Develop employees' sales skills.

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.

Experience & Knowledge

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the FMCG or Alcohol/Beverage industry.
  • Experience in On-Trade channel management is a strong advantage.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
  • Knowledge of the Central region market.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work under pressure and travel frequently.
