Business Internationalisation in Vietnam

  • Conduct in-depth studies of the early childhood education market in Vietnam, particularly within the growing middle-income segment.
  • Collaborate with professional teams to define research areas, collect market data, perform investment analyses, and present findings and recommendations to top management.

Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across all education centres in Vietnam.
  • Ensure alignment of operational standards, renovation specifications, and service delivery with the company’s SOPs, brand identity, and local regulations.
  • Prepare and monitor centre budgets, track enrolment and financial performance, and submit timely management reports.
  • Coordinate curriculum and teacher training schedules to maintain quality consistency.
  • Identify new business opportunities and assess market potential for expansion.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop staff to achieve business growth and service excellence.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with strategic stakeholders, government bodies, and industry peers.
  • Support the development and performance improvement of franchised centres.
  • Assess expansion potential in new markets and provide recommendations for investment.

Business Development

  • Plan and establish new centres based on the approved expansion roadmap.
  • Evaluate financial feasibility and partnership opportunities with potential franchisees and investors.
  • Conduct market research and maintain awareness of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Oversee the joint venture partnership process from negotiation through pre-opening, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.
  • Set, monitor, and evaluate KPIs to measure business growth and operational performance.

Corporate and Administrative Functions

  • Oversee execution of corporate projects, including agreement signings, post-signature events, and office setup.
  • Manage corporate service agreements and financial oversight for expatriate and business operations.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance, internal policies, and financial accountability standards.

Centre Leadership

  • Supervise the Principal and Vice Principal to ensure smooth daily operations and compliance with quality standards.
  • Represent the organisation in meetings, events, and community activities to enhance brand reputation and drive enrolment.
  • Build strong relationships with parents and community stakeholders.
  • Conduct training for teachers on communication, engagement, and family partnership strategies.
  • Ensure curriculum implementation, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain a professional, safe, and inspiring learning environment for students and staff.

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field.

Experience & Knowledge

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in education operations or business development, preferably within the early childhood education sector.
  • Proven experience managing multi-site operations and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of Vietnam’s education regulatory framework and market trends.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to drive organisational growth and operational efficiency.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Vietnamese is an advantage.
  • High integrity, professionalism, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
