- Develop and manage recruitment programs for Vietnamese/FDI manufacturers, collaborating with government agencies, industry associations, service providers, and seller communities.
- Collaborate with account management teams to create supply chain opportunities for Vietnamese manufacturers.
- Work with program managers and third-party service providers to ensure efficient logistics, payment, and account management solutions.
- Identify market opportunities and develop programs to accelerate seller growth.
Yêu cầu công việc
Basic Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales or business development (e-commerce, supply chain management, or retail preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to set and achieve ambitious goals while maintaining quality.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle ambiguity.
- Effective data analysis skills.
- Strong English skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin and Vietnamese.
- 6+ years of working experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven ability to think strategically and execute plans.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in an ambiguous environment.
- Enthusiasm and passion for Amazon Global Selling.
- Ability to interact with management at medium-to-large companies.
