Mô tả công việc

Act as liaison between BU and Sales Manager to ensure effective communication.
Coordinate day-to-day operations related to sofa/furniture business.
Support workforce planning and administration for ~300 employees (HCs).
Assist with reporting and documentation requirements.
Facilitate collaboration between Vietnam BU and other regional teams.
Provide support in recruitment, logistics, and factory activities when required.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education & Experience

Relevant experience in sofa/furniture industry.
Experience in BU coordination or sales/business operations is an advantage.

Languages

Proficient in English and Chinese (speaking and writing).

Other Requirements

Willing to relocate or live near Bau Bang, Binh Duong.
Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
Able to work independently and proactively.
