Mô tả công việc
- Act as liaison between BU and Sales Manager to ensure effective communication.
- Coordinate day-to-day operations related to sofa/furniture business.
- Support workforce planning and administration for ~300 employees (HCs).
- Assist with reporting and documentation requirements.
- Facilitate collaboration between Vietnam BU and other regional teams.
- Provide support in recruitment, logistics, and factory activities when required.

Education & Experience
- Relevant experience in sofa/furniture industry.
- Experience in BU coordination or sales/business operations is an advantage.
Languages
- Proficient in English and Chinese (speaking and writing).
Other Requirements
- Willing to relocate or live near Bau Bang, Binh Duong.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and proactively.
