- Product Consultation: Provide personalized guidance to clients on beauty supplements, helping them choose products that align with their beauty and wellness goals.
- Product Promotion & Support: Actively promote the company's beauty supplement range, address customer inquiries, and deliver excellent after-sales service.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging product demonstrations to educate clients on the benefits, features, and proper usage of beauty supplements.
- Training & Development: Design and conduct training programs for team members and clients, covering product knowledge, supplement benefits, and usage techniques.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, innovations, and best practices in beauty supplements to ensure training content and consultation services are relevant and effective.
- Customer Feedback & Product Improvement: Gather and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement in product offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster brand loyalty and encourage long-term engagement.
Yêu cầu công việc
- High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in beauty consulting, nutrition, or wellness is a plus.
- Excellent presentation and training skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Passion for the beauty and wellness industry and a strong interest in staying current with supplement trends and techniques.
- Fluency in both Vietnamese and Mandarin is mandatory.
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a focus on achieving team goals.
