Automation Software and Tools

• Program, modify, and maintain PLC systems (Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi) and other automation frameworks.
• Ensure automation equipment and control systems are operating efficiently and safely.
• Develop and update automation logic to improve production performance.

Robotics & Motion Control

• Operate, troubleshoot, and optimize robotics and motion control systems.
• Integrate robotics with production machinery and ensure synchronization across processes.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on robotic and automated systems.

Cloud and Data Integration

• Support data collection from machines for performance tracking and predictive maintenance.
• Coordinate with engineering and IT teams to improve automation data flow and system connectivity.

Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting

• Identify, analyze, and resolve automation-related issues.
• Provide technical solutions and preventive measures to minimize downtime.
• Maintain documentation of root-cause analyses and corrective actions.

Project Management

• Participate in automation improvement and system upgrade projects.
• Manage project timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement new technologies or process improvements.

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related technical field.

Experience

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in automation systems or production maintenance.
• Experience with industrial automation systems, robotics, or motion control.

Technical Skills

• PLC programming: Siemens, Omron, or Mitsubishi.
• Knowledge of robotics, motion control, and industrial sensors.
• Understanding of automation data systems and connectivity principles.

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Good project management and teamwork skills.
• High attention to detail, proactiveness, and continuous improvement mindset.

Language Skills

• English: Working proficiency (able to communicate with technical teams and read technical documents).

Preferred / Bonus Skills

• Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
• Experience with paper packaging machines (folder-gluer, printing, converting).
