Rewards, Performance & Policy Management (50%)
- Supervise HR operations and improve systems for attendance, payroll, and benefits.
- Ensure consistent HR management across head office, projects, and factories.
- Manage labor law compliance, social insurance (BHXH), and personal income tax (PIT) consultation.
- Coordinate employee relations to stabilize turnover rates.
- Develop salary structures, incentive programs, and promotion policies to motivate employees.
- Draft company regulations and organizational structures, and implement operational procedures (SOPs).
- Manage the Group-wide KPI system, including implementation, evaluation, and policy proposals for employee retention.
Recruitment, Training & Culture (35%)
- Oversee recruitment activities: receiving requests, sourcing, assessing candidate quality, and monitoring probation at HCMC office and factories.
- Build and manage Job Description (JD) systems for position evaluation.
- Support Employer Branding programs, including job fairs and university relations.
- Coordinate training needs assessment and implement internal training plans (skills, professional, onboarding, and job rotation).
- Organize engagement activities and internal communication programs (teambuilding, Year-End Party, happy hours) to foster workplace culture.
Administration & IT Management (15%)
- Manage office equipment and employee assets (computers, furniture, etc.).
- Plan and oversee office maintenance (AC, elevator, building facilities).
- Manage reception, clerical duties, and corporate vehicles.
- Manage office administrative payments.

Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant fields.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Prior experience working in a manufacturing plant is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of legal regulations regarding occupational health and safety.
- Solid understanding of 5S methodology, ISO standards, and environmental protection.
Skills & Competencies
- Good English communication skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Proactive and responsible approach to work.
- Capable of working effectively in a professional industrial environment.
