Job Description

Training Delivery & Employee Development

• Deliver new-hire, product-update, and refresher training programs.
• Monitor trainee progress, provide coaching and developmental feedback, and make readiness recommendations.
• Use presentations, demonstrations, practical activities, and adult-learning techniques to improve training effectiveness.
• Achieve assigned individual training-performance metrics.

Production Readiness & Stakeholder Coordination

• Partner with Operations to transition employees from training to production.
• Ensure trainees meet the competency levels required by the business.
• Maintain current product and account knowledge through calls, meetings, and side-by-side observations.
• Communicate effectively with managers, colleagues, clients, and other resource teams.

Training Evaluation & Content Improvement

• Support the design and development of classroom, computer-based, interactive, and written training materials.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and other feedback methods.
• Recommend curriculum updates based on feedback and training-needs analysis.
• Maintain awareness of product releases, policies, processes, procedures, and change-management initiatives.

Job Requirement

Education & Experience

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• From 2–4 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Proven knowledge of training methodologies and adult-learning techniques.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Good critical-thinking, time-management, team-building, and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to multitask, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines.

Language / Other Requirements

• Japanese proficiency at JLPT N2 or N1 level.
• English proficiency is required.
• Able to communicate effectively with trainees, Operations, clients, and cross-functional teams.
