Job Description
Accounting Management (会计管理)
- Oversee and manage the full accounting cycle, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Supervise accounting records, transactions, and documentation in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Review and approve accounting entries and financial reports.
Tax & Compliance Management (税务与合规管理)
- Manage all tax declarations and filings, including VAT, CIT, PIT, and other statutory taxes.
- Ensure full compliance with local accounting regulations and tax laws.
- Liaise with tax authorities, auditors, and external consultants during tax audits or inspections.
- Monitor regulatory changes and assess impacts on the company.
Financial Planning & Analysis (财务规划与分析)
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and the company’s financial position.
- Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to management.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and financial efficiency.
Internal Control & Business Support (内部控制与业务支持)
- Establish and maintain internal control systems for financial operations.
- Develop and improve accounting policies, procedures, and financial workflows.
- Ensure proper documentation and retention of accounting records.
- Provide financial insights and reports to support management decision-making.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data and budget control.
Job Requirement
Education & Experience (学历与经验)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting/finance, preferably with experience in SMEs.
Skills & Competencies (技能与能力)
- Experience managing full-set accounting and tax compliance.
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple financial responsibilities.
- Experience working in logistics, e-commerce, or service companies is a plus.
Language / Other Requirements (语言能力与其他要求)
- English or Chinese communication is required.
- Chief Accountant Certificate is required according to local regulations.
- Report directly to the CEO, who is Chinese.
Personality & Attitude (个人素质与工作态度)
- Able to work independently.
- Responsible for multiple financial responsibilities.
- Detail-oriented in accounting records, tax compliance, financial reporting, and documentation.
