Job Description
Production Team Management
- Manage and develop production teams by supervising daily operations and monitoring performance.
- Plan manpower requirements and allocate resources effectively.
- Ensure production teams comply with established procedures and quality requirements.
- Lead large production teams and drive operational performance.
Manufacturing Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Drive manufacturing excellence through Kaizen initiatives, standardized work implementation, and production layout optimization.
- Deploy 5S and collaborate with Development, PPIC, Engineering, Lean, Quality, and other internal teams.
- Apply hands-on experience in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement to enhance production performance.
Cost, Resource & Production Performance Control
- Control production costs and resources by managing labor productivity, material consumption, inventory levels, maintenance activities, procurement expenses, and operating budgets.
- Lead and optimize production operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost targets.
- Use process control, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and manufacturing standards to improve operational results.
Equipment, Quality & Workplace Safety
- Monitor and improve equipment and process performance using machine efficiency, downtime analysis, and production data.
- Identify root causes and implement sustainable corrective actions.
- Ensure product quality and customer compliance through process monitoring, quality inspections, defect prevention, and corrective/preventive actions.
- Lead workplace safety and 5S programs through audits, risk identification, deviation control, and operational discipline.
Job Requirement
Education & Experience
- Degree: Not specified.
- Strong knowledge and proven experience in PU Pouring, PU Production Management, and Direct Injection processes.
Skills & Competencies
- Hands-on experience in Kaizen, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead large production teams and drive operational performance.
- Familiarity with Huntsman PU systems, SmartLite, or similar lightweight technologies is a strong advantage.
- Strong capability in process control, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and production performance improvement.
Language / Other Requirements
- Local Vietnamese candidate.
- English speaking.
- Report directly to the General Director.
